The studio is located close to the West Pier and is within walking distance of everything central Brighton has to offer. The double bed is accessed via ladder up to a raised bed. Small entrance hall off which is a shower room with wc and basin, leading into a small room which has a futon sofa in the recess created by the raised double bed which is accessed via a ladder, wall mounted flatscreen TV, small shelving/hanging unit for storage. The kitchen area has a sink, small fridge , microwave and kitchen units, fully equipped with crockery and cutlery. The studio is very compact but is very bright as it has a skylight and a window onto an internal courtyard. Parking is restricted on the roads surrounding it, but given its central location it is frequently served by public transport.
