Island of Madeira Villa

Quinta Elena - a three/four bedroom villa with garden and sunny terraces sleeping up to 6 people located very centrally in the town of Funchal on the beautiful Island of Madeira.

This lovely property, only a ten/fifteen minute walk to the centre of Funchal, can be rented for periods of one week or more for weekly all-inclusive rates of from £650 per week up to £950 per week(for up to four people).

    

Adjacent to the Villa already described at Quinta Elena is a small one bedroom ground floor apartment. There is a single bedroom with a double bed, comfortable sitting room with bed settee, chairs, dining table and flat screen cable TV. Off this room there is a tiled bathroom with bath(shower over), basin, bidet and w.c. Also a modernised new kitchen with gas cooker, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave and breakfast table and stools. Outside in the alleyway leading up to the front door there is a little table and two chairs which will be very sunny in the Spring, Summer and Autumn months and also you have a washing machine in the front porch.

The rental prices for two people using the double bedroom are as follows:

All year(but not including Christmas and New Year weeks) = €260 per week

Christmas and New Year weeks = €350 per week

It is possible to sleep a third person either on the bed settee or on a folding bed. The cost of this is €75 per week. Discounts apply for bookings of four weeks or more. Weekly linen change for bookings for at least two weeks.

For payment in £ Sterling please deduct 10%. All these prices include being met at the airport and being taken by taxi to the apartment at our expense(but not in reverse). There is a €100 returnable damage/cleaning deposit to be paid.
