Close to the river Adur, which offers excellent views and good walking on the disused railway line that runs beside the river. Only a ten minute walk to the centre of Shoreham with its bustling riverside scene of shops, pubs and restaurants. Kitchen with gas hob/electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, cafetiere, portable colour TV. Middle sitting room with sofa, settle, chair, colour TV (cable) plus DVD, brick fireplace with coal effect gas fire, coffee table. Inner hall with seating. Top end sitting room with settee, chairs, colour TV, coffee table. Two stable doors lead to the garden. Upstairs to two double bedroms and two single bedrooms, accessed by two separate sets of stairs, with each bedroom having adequate clothes hanging and drawer space (NB: one single room is accessed via one of the double rooms).
