Returning to Brighton’s seafront from 14 August – 13 September is Brighton’s Big Screen – the UK’s largest beachfront cinema. Located on the beach opposite the Brighton Wheel, this gigantic 40 square meter screen will be showcasing the best blockbuster, family, and classic films throughout the rest of the summer. You can watch classics such as Back to the Future, Blade Runner, and Carrie or much loved family films such as Frozen, 101 Dalmatians, and The Lion King. Additionally, Brighton’s Big Screen will be airing live coverage from the Grand Prix – so make sure you do not miss that if you are a fan!

Brighton’s Big Screen is an innovative and exciting way to spend your afternoon or evening and it provides a unique cinematic experience. All daytime shows are FREE and evening shows start from £3 per person – which is a fantastic price for such a great experience!

New to 2015 is the stylish beach bar made from shipping containers and reclaimed wood and a host of pop up restaurants from the city’s favourite restaurants. This year you can buy Indian street food from the much-loved, award-winning Chili Pickle. Stews, curries, and hotpots will be available from the Soulful Food Company. And delicious BBQ food can be bought from The Charcoal Trader. No film is right without some popcorn or ice-cream – so both are available to buy too!

For a thrilling and unique cinematic experience, make sure you and your family head down to Brighton’s Big Screen this summer!
