With a contemporary design and open plan living, dining, and kitchen area this cottage is great for spending time with the family in after a day exploring the city. The cottage boasts two double sized bedrooms and even has a sofa bed for those larger family holidays! In the warm summer evenings you can relax on the private decked patio with a glass of wine – or maybe have a BBQ?

Ivy cottage has the added bonus of coming with two off road car parking spaces – a very rare find in the centre of Brighton! Drive down to this fantastic city, pull up to your cottage, empty your belongings, and put your feet up! Having your car whist on holiday allows you the flexibility to come and go as you please, and it also allows you to venture further afield.

Just outside of Brighton and Hove you will find the South Downs National Park – which is great for walking and cycling. Along the coast is the popular seaside town of Eastbourne which can be easily reached by bus or car. Here you can walk along the promenade, or visit one of the many cafes, tearooms, and restaurants.
