Boasting stunning views of the sea and located in the picturesque village of Rottingdean, this beautifully decorated fourth floor flat is the perfect destination for a holiday in Brighton. Set right on the seafront and coming with its own private balcony it is a great place to enjoy the glorious weather that we have been experiencing this October … let’s hope it continues!

St Margaret’s Flat is a self-contained 2 bedroomed, one bathroom flat with all the modern appliances you will need. It is light and airy, and will leave you feeling refreshed after your stay. A lift will take you up to the fourth floor – meaning that it is easily accessible for all.

Rottingdean is a historic smugglers village located a couple of miles east along the coast from the vibrant city of Brighton. It is a great destination for those wishing to stay in a quieter area than the city, but with easy access to everything that it has to offer. Rottingdean in itself is a popular tourist destination, with many visitors enjoying its pebbled beaches, great pubs, pretty high street shops, and fantastic fish and chips!

Rottingdean is easily accessible by car and bus from Brighton, and whilst not all places are free to park - you will find somewhere to leave your car. It is also conveniently located close to the South Downs National Park which offers some fantastic walking and cycling routes.

St Margaret’s flat is a great place to stay for small families wishing to spend some quality time away from home.  Book now for a last minute break in Brighton – remember that October half term is just around the corner!
