When visiting Brighton, one of the best things that you can do is experience some of the great restaurants that the city has to offer. The variety of cuisines in Brighton is astonishing and there is somewhere to suit all tastes and budgets. Because we know that there is so much choice, we have decided to give you a hand by giving you a list of our five favourite eateries in the city! Take a look below...

La Choza is the home of fantastically unique and authentic mexican street food. It is located in the bustling North Laines (opposite our office) and offers a range of delicious slow-cooked mexican dishes. From burritos to tacos to quesadillas filled with pulled pork, chorizo or prawns you will be spoilt for choice!

For those that have a passion for fresh seafood the The Salt Room is one of the best restaurants that you can visit. This relatively new restaurant is located opposite the West Pier and has uninterrupted sea views from its large glass window. Championing local produce, The Salt Room has menu that offers the freshest fish and chargrilled meat there is!

If you are looking for Thai cuisine with style then The Giggling Squid is the restaurant for you! The Brighton restaurant is the first of many that have popped up around the country and Brightonians love it! Located in the South Laines, this unique restaurant is housed in an old fisherman’s cottage and spans across three quaint floors. Arrive hungry, because you will want to order everything on their menu. A firm favourite of ours is the Sesame King Prawns and the Tamarind Duck.

Curry Leaf Cafe is a vibrant curry house located in the South Laines - a short walk away from the seafront. It offers a range of Indian street food that suit all tastes and budgets. The menu changes according to season and its meat and vegetables are all locally sourced. Vegetarians will love the choice that the Curry Leaf Cafe offers too!

If you love British produce and respect where your food comes from then Silo is the restaurant for you. Also located in the North Laines, Silo thrives on an ethos of sustainability and naturality. Its highly acclaimed menu offers dishes ranging from Mallard Breast to Violet Potatoes. If you are intrigued then book a table as this is one dining experience that you won’t forget.
