This small Regency terraced cottage in the heart of Brighton and Hove sits on a quiet residential street. Secluded from the hustle and bustle but, still only minutes from the throng of Brighton's main shopping streets and only a short walk from the beach, this little hideaway offers a delightful retreat from which to explore.  Pub: 0.1 miles, Shop: 0.2 miles, Coast: 0.1 miles, Train Station: 1 mile

We love this property because ... everything that you could want is on the doorstep 

Ground Floor:
Living Room: with a three seater sofa and one armchair, a 32" HD TV, DVD/CD player, attractive and decorative mantle piece, bookshelves plus a dining table and four chairs
Kitchen: with a gas hob/oven, fridge/freezer and microwave.  (Please note, no washing machine is provided)

A winding stairway leads to.....

First Floor:
 with two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers
Bedroom: with one single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and small dressing table
Bathroom: with walk in shower, basin and w.c

Heating: Gas central heating.
Parking: Plenty of Pay & Display meters on nearby streets or, the NCP under Regency Square, or private car park in Regency Mews 
Notes: Use of a fold up bed is available at an extra cost of £50 per week. No telephone, but WiFi connection.

Strictly no pets and no smoking.  


On the day that we were leaving, I locked my jacket into the apartment with my passports in it so without those we could not go on to our flight. After frantic calls to the Brighton Holiday office, one of the staff was able to get to the cleaner who came 15 minutes later to open up. That allowed us not to miss our flight. This was hugely important for us and we thank all the staff for that help!!!!..
