Bursting with character, this brand new apartment is located on the second floor of a stunning 19th century building in historic Rottingdean. Decorated with a modern design that compliments its original features, Windmill View offers very comfortable and flexible accommodation for 2 couples or a small family. It has a bright living / dining area, from which you can see the iconic Rottingdean Windmill, and a sofa bed can sleep someone separately.

Rottingdean is a fantastic holiday destination and is quieter, yet within easy reach of, the bustling city of Brighton and Hove. Along the village high street you have a number of welcoming traditional pubs that serve delicious home cooked food, and around the corner is the pretty village pond with resident ducks. Just a 2 minute walk away are the pretty pebbled beaches with a traditional seaside feel where you can relax in the sunshine with a Mr Whippy ice cream. This much-loved home will accept longer lets at a discounted price. Distance to Coast: 0.1 miles, Shop: 20 metres, Pub: 30 metres, Central Brighton: 4 miles, Eastbourne: 20 miles.

We love this property because ... It is highly flexible to suit different groups and the en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom is an added touch of luxury!

We stayed in Rottingdean for a week in October. The place is beautifully appointed and has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Beds are super comfortable and flat is lovely and quiet. Rottingdean is a nice little place right on the coast. Buses are extremely good along this coast, so we had no need of our car all week. Would definitely return.
