Although set on the roadside this property has a wonderful private garden with lawns and summerhouse where you can spend some quiet time. Views across the Adur Valley and lovely riverside walks and cycle paths to Steyning and Bramber village. Shoreham-by-Sea is a historic town which has a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants or if you prefer the coast it is within walking distance and with its own harbour there is bound to be plenty going on. Shop: 0.3 miles Pub: 0.1 miles Coast: 0.4 miles Train Station: 0.8 miles

Have had a great week at Thatch Cottage. Been in the sea a lot! Garden here is great for playing it - kids love it! The cottage is wonderful and contains everything we needed for the week. Nice selection of books - have dipped into most of them!
A lovely cottage, full of genuine charm in the variety of rooms and decorative paraphernalia. Superb location for visiting Brighton, but also for walking along the sea and town.
