Set in a sea facing custom built block and a short walk from the King Alfred Leisure Centre, where you can make use of the facilities and enjoy a host of activities including indoor swimming. Tennis and bowling can be played nearby as well as windsurfing and sailing on the lagoon a short distance away. There is also a lovely children's play area. This conveniently located property is just over a mile from Brightons' city centre.The number 700 bus can be picked up from the end of Carlise Road (sea end) going into the centre of Brighton and westwards to Worthing. Offering cosy accommodation for short breaks or longer stays in one of Englands' sunniest and friendliest city locations. Pub: 0.4 miles, Shop: 0.7 miles, Coast: 0.1 miles.
Access: From the road entrance into the main building, up some steps and, follow the corridor to the rear of the building where a small descent leads into the lower ground floor.......

We arrived at the very end of office hours on a Friday, thought at one stage that we'd be later. Carol was so helpful and accommodating.
