Description
This beautifully presented penthouse apartment has amazing panoramic views from the turret. The elegant Edwardian promenade of Bexhill on Sea with traditional deck chairs and beach huts is close by. The famous De la Warr Pavilion where you will find a large contemporary art gallery with an exciting arts programme. Bexhill on Sea was the birthplace of British Motor Racing and hosts the Roaring 20's event each July. The Museum of Costume, for art lovers and Social History plus The Bexhill Museum which runs events, activities and workshops throughout the year all ages. Access to the apartment: a stair lift is available as there are many flights of stairs - 30 second trip to the top!

Sitting/Dining Room spectacular views are to be had in the turret with its wrap around windows. There are three armchairs, occasional tables, attractive display cabinet, TV/DVD and dining table with chairs
Second Sitting Room with door to balcony which has a table and chairs, contains table and chairs, original, decorative fireplace, a comfy sofa, armchair, coffee table, bookcase, desk.
Shower Room is very spacious and has a lovely large shower, heated towel rail, washbasin and w.c.

Notes: Advanced notice is required for the use of the stair lift and a £30 deposit required for the key. The stair lift is for people with mobility issues, the lift takes 3 minutes to ascend/descend. Sorry - no children under 10 due to low balcony rail - as a listed building it cannot be changed/raised.
