Bohemia is a beautifully presented townhouse with an interior design that complements the artistic North Laines in which it is situated. A modern design bursting with colour that is supplemented by retro and vintage furnishings. This house sleeps 6 and is well suited to a large family or a group of friends. Three sofa beds at the property means that it can sleep up to an additional 6 people (12 in total). It has the added bonus of having an outdoor patio and off-street parking for one vehicle, absolute gold dust in the North Laines! Splendid tiling, hand-made wooden features and an excellent choice of colour scheme makes this house a pleasure to spend time in. There is a bathroom with a double shower, as well as, an en-suite shower room. The lower ground floor also has a kitchenette so this could be the perfect house for sharing. Free WiFi and USB charging points available.

Bohemia is centrally located in Brighton within walking distance of all the shops, pubs and restaurants you could possibly want. Easy to reach by train, Bohemia offers the best of Brighton accommodation from a weekend to a longer stay.

We love this property because... it can be one large house or it can be split into two!

Access: from the street, up one step and through the front door into the hallway…

Living Room: with large sofa, side table, writer’s desk, chair, TV, and traditional fireplace.

Kitchen: to the left of the hallway with electric oven and grill, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle.

Patio: leading out of double doors from the kitchen is the patio.

 

From the hallway at ground level up a flight of stairs to first floor…

Bedroom 1: with double bunk/loft bed with steps up to the bed, lamp, large wardrobe, table, sofabed, TV and traditional fire place. 

Bedroom 2: with a double bed, lamp, large bespoke clothes rail and shelf space.

Bathroom: with double shower, w.c. and hand basin.

 

From the hallway at ground level down a flight of stairs to lower ground floor…

Bedroom 3: with a double bed, lamps, hanging rail, and tall narrow chest of drawers, Ensuite shower room: with large shower, w.c. and hand basin.

Stylish property and excellent location! Couldn't have been in a better place for Pride weekend! Parking was a bonus and the outdoor decking was nice to sit on. The property itself was great too - exactly what we needed.
