With a pretty walled garden Number 26 is a very peaceful spot. A Grade II listed property in the heart of Chichester's conservation area it provides a very spacious holiday home. The cathedral city of Chichester has an excellent range of shops and restaurants, art galleries and The Chichester Festival Theatre. Not far away is the Goodwood estate which hosts the very popular Festival of Speed & Goodwood Revival plus its regular Horse Racing and Golf Tournaments.  Those looking for a breath of fresh air can enjoy West Wittering's award winning beach, located at the entrace of Chichester harbour or walking in the south Downs.
