Fantastic property, beautiful setting, could not fault it, best holiday property we have stayed in. the photographs on the website do not do the property justice, it is so much larger than we thought, the gardens around the house had tables and chairs positioned to enjoy the sun throughout the day,1953 John Stretton - 4th September 2018

We have all had a great time staying at this lovely house. Have mostly stayed at home or on the beach which the children have loved. fish and chips from Roses fish bar were delicious. Husband's favourite supermarket only 4 miles away so several trips there. Able to soak up the peace and quiet, beach walking and meal at Aqua's bar. Many thanks for the welcome hamper, sweets and bubbles for the kids. Also the karaoke machine. We had wall to wall sunshine too.Karen Ferguson - 2nd June 2017
What can we say? What a lovely house. Inside is everything you could need, a real home away from home - beautiful. You could not wish for a better location either - well done to my husband for finding this not so little gem! Our girls (11 & 7) have enjoyed the garden, and of course the beach! The fish and chip shop nearby is LOVELY - be prepared for a wait, but so worth it. The Castle Inn is very welcoming. Most of all though we'd like to thank Jane. The welcome basket was full of lovely things, but most of all the wonderful Easter Egg hunt for the girls - how thoughtful, they loved it! Thank you , Lovely lovely lovely!!Thank you for the Easter Egg Hunt! from Emma and Lucy. The Starrs and The Gillivers - 14th April 2017
A fabulous, modern sea-side home with all the mod cons you could think of ! We appreciated the lovely hamper and the children loved the Easter egg hunt in the garden. You have a great sound system and a lovely wood - burning fire. Lewes is definitely worth a visit, Beachy Head is spectacular, free tennis courts much appreciated. One note of complaint - George the Pilot Teddy had a great time with our son's toy rabbit family and he looked very sad and lonely when we left. Please could George have a Teddy companion, as our son wanted to take him home with us and it was a job persuading him not to ! Thanks for everything.Priestner Family - Cheshire - 1st April 2017

We had a fantastic fortnight at yours. We enjoyed the beach, your restaurant and event recommendations – and, of course, the marvellous and relaxing studio. Thank you very much for all your care you have been given to us. If you ever need a reference to interested parties from Germany for the studio to stay, please feel free to give them our contact details. Just one thing to mention: I am missing my glasses. If you find them, please give me an e-mail. Thanks again for your outstanding accommodation! Kindest Regards Carolin & Andreas Rupprecht (with Jessi, Merle, Inka, Thilo and Flo) Mr Belvilla @Leisure
We really enjoyed staying at "The Studio", beautiful house and garden and so welcoming! Our grand daughter enjoyed running up and down the miles of pebble beach and our daughter-in-law entertained us on the grand piano. All in all a perfect stay in a lovely well organised environment. We can recommend a visit to the "Castle Inn"just a few minutes away where you will be welcomed by Diana & Paul who took ownership only 4 weeks ago. Thank you also for the beautiful roses and the welcome basket.Mrs Doris Steinmetz
