Caru is perfectly located near to Winchelsea Beach with its combination of shingle and sand at low tide, ideal for shrimping. With open countryside at the rear of the neat garden surrounding this 4 bedroom bungalow. Winchelsea Beach is in a relatively undeveloped part of the south coast so making this an ideal holiday vacation for those who like the quieter, open spaces and fresh air. Walkers will love the extensive network of footpaths, 10 minutes to the beach on one of them and  for those more committed walkers - Fire Hills Country Park.  The ancient town of Rye, historic Winchelsea, Camber Castle, and Hastings are nearby. The area is full of charming pubs (one just six hundred metres away) and restaurants, providing an extensive range of cuisines to suit all tastes -  all in all the perfect location for a holiday to Sussex.

Open Plan Stting/Dining Room: is a large room with triple aspect windows and French doors to the garden. To one end there are comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee table and TV/DVD with full Sky package, iPod dock plus a cosy gas log effect fire. To the other is a dining table and chairs

Important please note: Stays of more than one week will receive clean bed linen and towels each week, for them to change the beds. Please give dirty linen and towels to owners in laundry bag provided. Bicycles may be stored in the garage. (Not in use for cars). A lovely seasonal welcome pack is provided.


We were very pleased with the property. The welcome pack on arrival was exceptional, including fresh flowers! The garden was delightful and secure for the children to play in. All together a great place to stay.
