We very much enjoyed using the lovely Forget Me Not cottage and exploring the interesting area surrounding it.
We have had a lovely week with great weather, just the break we needed. Thank you and thanks for the goodies; it's appreciated.
It’s a very comfortable, well-cared-for property with so much attention to detail that we really appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for more & loved it all!
We've had a fabulous week here in Winchelsea and thoroughly appreciate how homely and comfortable " Forget me not" is. Thanks for all the frills, including the delicious lemon drizzle cake.
Excellent place to stay, enjoyed seeing Derek Jareman's Cottage and Gardens at Dungerness and Open art studios there. Visited Great Dixter house and gardens, Bodiam Castle. Walked to Rye Harbour and back via Camber castle.
We had to have a change of holiday this time due to the imminent arrival of our first baby. We were lucky enough to chance on Forget Me Not. It was a great find, a beautifully equipped bungalow with excellent local walks that we had no idea about before we go here. we had a lovely week and even stayed an extra night. Lovely, relaxing and comfortable stay. We noticed and felt the love and care that had gone into the cottage, including the welcome food, the amazingly equipped kitchen. Location great for beaches, nature reserve walks and Rye is worth a visit. Mariners fish and chip bar is also a must.
Thank you so much for a lovely peaceful place to stay. Appreciated all the extras and thoughtful touches.
Absolutely lovely holiday cottage. we have all had a great weeks holiday- very restful and peaceful. Thanks for the cake and the well equipped and comfortable cottage.
Our first visit to this part of the South coast and despite some rather unseasonable weather (the ducks were loving it) we managed to stay dry and enjoy the area. Winchelsea was really interesting, we didn't manage the cellars. We enjoyed visiting Sissinghurst and Great Deixter even if they were looking a bit wind swept. A lovely holiday home.
Enjoyed our stay very much. Bungalow very clean & comfortable & so lovely with everything being colour co-ordinated! Thank you for the provisions especially the unexpected treat & the home made cake! Visited plenty of places such as Herstmonceux observatory, Leeds Castle, Bodiam Castle, Dungeness & evening walks on the beach. Thanks again.
Many thanks Carol & Graham for a wonderful stay. What a wonderful welcoming and Well equipped home- we've all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks too for the welcome groceries and fabulous cake.
