Marketing Your Holiday Home
Our primary aim is to get you bookings ... and lots of them! We don't just sit around and wait for the bookings to come in, we are constantly seeking new business and also work hard to encourage people to come back and stay with us year after year. To do this we use a number of marketing tools which are implemented by both our local marketing assistant and also our large marketing team in Norfolk.
Our social media audience is always growing thanks to the engaging content we upload. We live in an increasingly ‘social’ world and these platforms are a massively important way of communicating with our customers. We post about our new properties, exciting events happening in Brighton and run competitions - check us out!
Knowing our Customers
In order to get as many bookings as we can it is important to really know who our holidaymakers are. To do this we use a Customer Relationship Management system called Rais to get down to the nitty gritty of who our customers are. We then use this important information to implement relevant targeted marketing.
Best of Brighton is one of a collection of nationwide brands owned and operated by The Original Cottage Company. All of our properties are featured on the national originalcottages.co.uk website and our local brand also benefits from the wealth of holiday letting expertise in the Original Cottages Family. All of our properties are also featured on the Kent and Sussex Holiday Cottages website.
As well as advertising our brand online we also produce two lifestyle magazines a year, in which all of our properties are featured, which are sent to local business, tourism offices and homes. We also advertise in a range of local and national magazines and newspapers. Keep your eye out for our colourful ads!
