Owl House is the perfect escape for two, offering luxury accommodation and set in the most stunning location surrounded by the owners vineyard and beautiful views. The property has been lovingly converted to create a contemporary living space with a breathtaking mezzanine loft bedroom. The open plan living area is modern and stylish with the use of solid oak and glass creating light throughout. There is under floor heating on ground floor to ensure your stay, whatever the season, is comfortable and relaxing. Wander round the vineyard and enjoy the peace and tranquillity or head off to historic Rye and explore the town or Winchelsea where you can enjoy some fossil hunting and beach combing. Nearby are many castles and famous gardens to explore, golf courses to play and wine to taste. There are also some great gastro pubs and farm shops to experience, full of local produce, beers and wines. Owl House can be booked in conjunction with its sister property, The Bryer RH1116, to sleep a total of up to 6 people, making this a great place to share with family and friends. The property has a barn owl resident in the open double bay garage adjoining the property, so keep an eye out for him!

Owl House is great, good location, great owners, property is spotless.
It has the most wonderful location. When you step out of the car you can only hear birdsong ,sheep and not much else. The bed was very comfortable. If you needed a complete down tools for a while this is the place. Sissinghurst a must.Rye just lovely and the deli is fabulous. Batemans too worth a visit.Hastings fishing huts and museum were good.Just driving through the countryside was a pleasure.
A lovely property almost in the middle of nowhere with barn owls as neighbours! We really enjoyed our stay here.
Gorgeous accommodation & surroundings with wonderful wildlife literally on the premises. Fantastic holiday. Thanks. Mr B April 2018
