Enjoying sweeping views across the Sussex countryside Sugarloaf Cottage is a truly tranquil property alothough not far from the neighbouring farm. Ashdown Forest and the former home of Rudyard Kipling, Bateman's are in the vicinity. The nearby village of Brightling is famous for its collection of fascinating follies, built by the eccentric Victorian squire, John 'Mad Jack' Fuller. They include the Needle, the Observatory, and the Sugarloaf - rumoured to be the result of a bet that Fuller lost! They are all on your doorstep. Shop: 3 miles Pub: 3 miles Coast: 14 miles
