This balcony apartment is delightfully furnished throughout and enjoys spectacular views across the harbour and out to sea as far as Hastings. The living room is light and airy with two sofas for comfortable relaxation, and a dining table with room for four/six people. The kitchen is fitted to a very high standard, and the bedrooms both have double beds and ample wardrobe space. Being located in Sovereign Harbour means the views from the property are extensive in all directions from the fifth floor. Down on the ground, the property is roughly 2/3 miles from the centre of Eastbourne, and just a short stroll from the nearby coastline. Short breaks out of season, of 3 or 4 days at 75% & 85% of the weekly rate are available.

We love this property because... it is so spacious - the en-suite bathroom is great if you are two couples sharing!

THE CHANGEOVER DAY IS FLEXIBLE OUT OF SEASON.
The flat at San Juan Court was very comfortable, as usual, in spite of the heat wave. We met the owner who was very nice and friendly. My contact with the housekeeper was very good. She was most accommodating. I look forward to staying there again when we next visit Eastbourne.
