This stunning property has been converted to the highest standard offering stylish, modern contemporary living but the true beauty of this gem is its location, situated overlooking Bewl Reservoir. The views are spectacular and if you're wanting to escape to a haven of peace and tranquillity then this is the place. It comes with full use of the owners beautiful garden which sweeps down to the reservoir edge, a wooded area and access on to the circular 13 mile walk round Bewl. Lovingly restored this attached property has a large open plan living with a cosy wood burning stove for those chilly nights. Double french doors lead to a pretty terraced area with table and chairs perfect for enjoying a drink whilst watching the sailing boats and the abundant wildlife and the views from the Juliette balcony in the bedroom are truly breathtaking. Nearby are the attractive towns of Wadhurst and Ticehurst offering local independent craft and vintage stores, cafes and the local pub in Ticehurst The Bell comes highly recommended. Royal Tunbridge Wells is a short drive away and offers more extensive shopping and more dining opportunities. There are golf courses at Dale Hill and Lamberhurst and the area is renowned for its great choice of National Trust properties such as Bodiam and Scotney Castles and gorgeous gardens of Sissinghurst, Pashley Manor and Great Dixter. For the more adventurous there is a Go Ape site in Bedgebury Pinetum which also offers cycling tracks and wonderful walks through the ancient pines. Shop: 3 miles Pub: 3 miles Coast: 26 miles

One of the best we have found in the area
Stunning location, beautifully appointed comfortable cottage and charming owners. We highly recommend and will definitely revisit
An absolutely wonderful property for two people. It's incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed with stunning views of Bewl Water and surroundings. We loved the peaceful location off the beaten track, and yet within a ten minute drive were two lovely villages with some good local shops. The owners were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. An excellent location for visiting places and for good walks.
Bewl Water View was fabulous, it was beautifully appointed - Laura has impeccable taste - and it had everything we needed. The view was amazing and I really didn’t want to leave.
Views and location are superb. Isolated but this ensure peace and quiet
Lovely property, well finished, very comfortable with all the essentials and conveniences.
It was absolutely fabulous in every way (although the weather could have been a bit warmer).
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A lovely well equipped and comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting. It's a great location for exploring the area, with plenty to see and enjoy. Philip and Laura made us very welcome.
Great property, clean warm and comfortable with amazing views. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Great cycling both on and off road from the door. Lots to see and do in the area.

Beautiful cottage and views. We really appreciated the garden and wildlife.
Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! Breathtaking views, wonderful wildlife and total relaxation the whole weekend - just perfect.
From the initial booking until we departed, our hosts couldn't have been more helpful. This is a beautiful location and every aspect of the accommodation and its development has been thought through. We would certainly book again if we get the chance!
A heavenly place to be with the warmest welcome and great value.
